CSC Advisors LLC - Website User Agreement & Disclaimer

CSC Advisors grants you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Use of the Site is also subject to any other notices, rules, or policies posted on the Site.

All content, data, text, images, software, and materials available on the Site (the "Content") are protected by copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Content
• Create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or scrape any portion of the Site
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or offensive material

• Suspend or terminate access
• Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities
• Disclose information as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements

The Site and all associated Content, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary materials are owned by CSC Advisors or third-party licensors. All rights remain with their respective owners. You may not alter, remove, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.

CSC Advisors may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause. The terms of this Agreement will continue to apply to your prior use of the Site. Termination does not limit CSC Advisors' rights or remedies under applicable law.

The Site provides general informational content only and does not constitute:

CSC Advisors is not responsible for losses resulting from errors, delays, disruptions, data breaches, viruses, or technical malfunctions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSC ADVISORS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

IN ALL CASES, CSC ADVISORS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

These limitations apply to all claims, including those asserted by third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSC Advisors and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including attorneys' fees—arising from:

1. Your use of the Site
2. Your violation of this Agreement
3. Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

This obligation survives termination.

CSC Advisors may modify this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. All modifications become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Information collected through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By using the Site, you expressly agree that:

• Any disputes arising from or related to the Site or this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming (or such Wyoming county where CSC Advisors designates)
• You waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens

Users accessing the Site from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and CSC Advisors regarding the use of the Site, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or similar association between you and CSC Advisors.

CSC Advisors may assign this Agreement in whole or in part without notice. You may not assign any rights or obligations without the prior written consent of CSC Advisors.

A failure by CSC Advisors to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive its rights to enforce that or any other provision later.

If any portion of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
